本研究の目的は,定年退職後に,特別養護老人ホーム(以下特養と略す)と介護老人保健施設(以下老健と略す)に就労している看護職者の就業時のストレスや困難,雇用者への要望を明らかにし,定年をした看護職者を高齢者施設で雇用・増員するための提言の資料とすることである.無作為抽出により特養300,老健200か所に質問紙を郵送し回答者から郵送で返送してもらい集計をした.老健から58名(回収率14.5%),特養から42名(回収率14.0%)の回答を得,全員有効回答であった.自由記載の回答を記録単位としカテゴリ化した.\n 仕事上のストレスや困難なことはカテゴリ化した結果,「勤務条件」,「職員との人間関係」,「看護師が利用者の医療的判断・実施をしなければならないことへの看護師自身の不安」,「利用者や家族との関係」,「制度への意見」を抽出した.雇用者に対する要望は,8
