Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_24":{"attribute_name":"要旨","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　2009年カリキュラム改正によって「在宅看護論」は「在宅の終末期看護」を新たに学習内容に加えることとなった．これまでの終末期看護の教育方法・内容の現状を把握し，今後在宅看護論にて終末期看護を教育する上での課題を明確にすることを本研究の目的とした．1997年から2011年4月の時点までに医学中央雑誌WEB に掲載された文献のうち原著を対象とした．「看護教育」「終末期」「学生」をキーワードとし，終末期看護に関する教育方法・内容に言及している原著文献24件を対象として抽出した．領域別にみると，在宅看護の文献は含まれず，在宅看護論において終末期看護教育に重点が置かれてから，まだ間もないためと考えられた．成人・終末期看護14件，成人看護4件，成人・老年看護1件，基礎看護2件，小児看護1件，臨床看護総論1件，全領域1件であった．授業形態は年次が上がるごとに実習に関連する文献件数が増えた．学年の進度に従って積み重ねられていく順序性をもった教育の必要性が示された．また，各領域における教育の連携の重要性，実習施設の不足及び教員の質の向上が求められ，その方策が課題となっていた．さらに，終末期看護を内包する緩和ケアの視点も求められていた．在宅終末期看護教育する上での課題は，以下の5点であった．1. 療養者・家族・多職種との関わりや制度の理解，他の授業での学習や体験を統合する教育方法を明らかにする研究が必要である．2. 多様な実習場所と実習での体験を補完する学習方法を考案する必要がある．3. 基礎看護教育において，在宅看護論で何をどの程度まで教育するのかを明確にする必要がある．4. 在宅における「看取りの看護」の教育方法を検討していく必要がある．5.
