An 11-month-old girl visited our hospital complaining of irregular eye movements, involuntary movements of limbs, and instability in sitting position. An abdominal ultrasound was performed to determine the cause, and a mass was found in the left adrenal gland, and was diagnosed with OMAS. A tumor biopsy revealed a diagnosis of neuroblastoma. After chemotherapy, a tumor removal surgery was performed. Although immunotherapy was not administered, OMAS symptoms improved over time.
