{"created":"2023-06-20T14:26:28.906770+00:00","id":2018,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"2f9d26e3-331e-424d-9b41-03046550a531"},"_deposit":{"created_by":14,"id":"2018","owners":[14],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2018"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:dmu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00002018","sets":["159:167"]},"author_link":["9399","9400"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2014-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"50","bibliographicPageStart":"39","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"7","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"獨協医科大学看護学部紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of Dokkyo Medical University School of Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"〈目的〉本研究の目的は，日本における看護師が患者から受けるセクシュアル・ハラスメント（以下，SH と記述する）に関する先行研究から現状を把握し，SH 予防と解決のための課題を見出すことである．\n〈方法〉2006 年から2013 年の先行文献21 件を分析対象とし，（1）テーマ（2）対象（3）調査方法（4）SH に関する認識（5）SH の概要（6）SH への対処・感情，対処後の成り行きおよび心身への影響を抽出した．\n〈結果〉106 記録単位36 サブカテゴリーを抽出した．（1）は，① SH に関するテーマ4 件，②暴力に関するテーマ13 件，③暴力以外のテーマ4 件であった．（2）は，17 件が看護師であった．（3）は，17 件が質問紙調査，4 件が面接調査であった．（4）は，【故意の可能性が高い，SH とは受ける側が判断する，暴力は暴力，など，ある行為を「SH である」と規定させやすい認識】など7 サブカテゴリーが，（5）は，【不必要な身体的接触の強要型SH】【性器顕示型SH】など9 サブカテゴリーが，（6）は，【成り行き①他の看護師に相談・交替する，計画を立案するなど，チームで協力する】【成り行き②注意・抗議しても解決が困難となる】【成り行き③上司や主治医に報告し，強制退院という方針が決定する】など20 サブカテゴリーが抽出された．\n〈結論〉SH 解決のために，以下3 点を見出した．1. 患者からのSH をセクシュアリティに関連する現象としてアセスメントする方向性を検討する必要がある．2. 看護計画立案にいたったSH 先行事例の情報共有が必要である．3. 看護師が被害を自分の言葉で解釈し行動を決定できる「エンパワーメント」の獲得が必要である．SH 予防のために，以下2 点を見出した．1. ある行為を「SH である」「SHではない」と規定させやすい認識を検討し，SH 予防および解決のための新たな共通認識を構築する必要がある．2.
