教育課程（在宅看護）を中心として，教育カリキュラムを理解し，教育実践活動への参加を通じてその実際を体験し，それらの学びを本学の在宅看護CNS教育に生かすことを目的とし，研修した．\n〈方法〉CNS教育課程を中心とした大学院の講義，演習及び実習への参加\n〈結果〉大学院におけるCNS教育，CNSに求められる能力養成，CNSコースにおける「課題研究」，カリキュラム評価，CNS 教育課程を修了した学生への支援について学ぶことができた．\n〈結論〉比較的歴史の浅い在宅看護CNS教育は，学生と大学教員およびCNSコースに関わる講師が，高度な看護実践能力を有する人材を育成するという目的とカリキュラムを包括的に理解し，相互に認識する場を設けることが重要である．また，地域で看護を展開することから，看護支援の対象者の多様性や，在宅看護に関連する分野を幅広く理解する必要があり，看護に加え看護分野以外の知識や経験を統合する演習が効果的であった．CNSコースで行う「課題研究」は実践的研究であり，その目的や目標を学生，教員，評価者が共有することが重要である．また，少子高齢社会や医師不足を背景とし，これまでにない看護への社会からの期待の高まりがあり，医療処置を含む高度な看護実践能力が求められている．本学のカリキュラムには，それらのための科目が含まれており，その実践・評価，カリキュラム改正を視野に入れた，教育実践を行う必要がある．CNS教育課程修了者の認定審査受験者割合が低いことや認定更新が必要なことなどから，首都大学東京では修了生に継続的支援を行っていた．大学による修了者支援のほかにも，学びたい人に門戸を開く制度やシステム，地域性を活かした制度・システム，複数大学間の単位の互換性や，CNS同士が協力・相談しやすい環境，CNSとして社会で活躍するできる環境をさらに整えていくことが今後の課題であると考える．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"獨協医科大学看護学部"}]},"item_10002_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"論文ID（NAID）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"40020493412"}}]},"item_10002_relation_26":{"attribute_name":"医中誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"2015258342"}}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA00629581","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"18830005","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"種市,
