助産学実習における分娩介助技術の習得経過と実習終了時の到達度を明らかにし，今後の講義・演習および実習の方向性について検討するための基礎資料とする．\n【方法】 平成X年度と平成Y年度にA大学助産学専攻科に在籍した学生の分娩介助評価表を対象とし，分娩介助例数ごとの習得経過と，実習の初期・中期・後期における到達レベルについて分析を行った．\n【結果】 全項目の評価平均点は分娩介助例数を重ねるごとに上昇し，10例目における評価平均点は，平成X年度2.1点，平成Y年度2.2点であった．分娩進行状態の診断，胎児の健康状態の診断，児娩出の介助技術に該当する項目は，10例目でも2点未満であったが，「助産計画の立案・修正」「児頭娩出の調節」などで，初期と後期の点数に有意な差が認められた．助産診断に直接関係のない「ガウンテクニック」「正しい手技での臍帯切断」などは，初期から点数が1点台となり，中期で2点台，後期では2点台後半であった．\n【考察】
