The new-born mice were screened by soft X-ray, and those with spinal anomalies were followed alive with repetitive soft X-ray image and 7T MR images. Using a surface coil, three dimensional T1-weighted gradient-echo MR(3D-T1w)images and three dimensional T2-weighted rapid acquisition with relaxation enhancement MR(3D-T2w)images were obtained with a final resolution of 50 μm. MRI measurements were performed 3 times in each mouse until 3 months after birth. Then, the mice were euthanized and fixed by paraformaldehyde, and a set of MRI was measured.\nResults:Three congenital vertebral anomalies in two mice were created. They were one block vertebra, one unsegmented hemivertebra, and one adjacent wedge vertebrae. All of them did not change morphologically from 1.5 to 3 months after birth. MR images clearly showed the morphology of the anomalies which had characteristics of the non-progressive congenital vertebral anomalies in human studies.\nConclusion:Morphological changes in the vertebral anomalies of mice could be detected and chronologically followed alive by soft X-ray and 7T MR imaging. While soft X-ray image could provide their global spinal alignment, MR imaging could depict the local morphology comparable to low-powered light microscopy distinguishing osseous and intervertebral structures of the small mice spine as well as small arteries around the spine.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"獨協医学会"}]},"item_10001_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA00629581","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"03855023","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10001_text_24":{"attribute_name":"著者所属","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dokkyo Medical University 880 Kitakobayashi, Mibumachi, Shimotsuga, Tochigi, Japan zip 321-0293"},{"subitem_text_value":"Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dokkyo Medical University 880 Kitakobayashi, Mibumachi, Shimotsuga, Tochigi, Japan zip 321-0293"},{"subitem_text_value":"Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dokkyo Medical University 880 Kitakobayashi, Mibumachi, Shimotsuga, Tochigi, Japan zip 321-0293"},{"subitem_text_value":"Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dokkyo Medical University 880 Kitakobayashi, Mibumachi, Shimotsuga, Tochigi, Japan zip 321-0293"},{"subitem_text_value":"Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dokkyo Medical University 880 Kitakobayashi, Mibumachi, Shimotsuga, Tochigi, Japan zip 321-0293"},{"subitem_text_value":"Department of Regulatory Physiology, Dokkyo Medical University School of Medicine 880 Kitakobayashi, Mibumachi, Shimotsuga, Tochigi, Japan zip 321-0293 †Present address:Faculty of Home Economics, Aichi Gakusen University, Okazaki, 444-8520, Japan"},{"subitem_text_value":"Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dokkyo Medical University 880 Kitakobayashi, Mibumachi, Shimotsuga, Tochigi, Japan zip 321-0293"}]},"item_10001_text_33":{"attribute_name":"記事種別","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Original"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ueda, Haruki","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Iimura, Takuya","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Moridaira, Hiroshi","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Inami, Satoshi","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Aoki, Hiromichi","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Seo, Yoshiteru","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Taneichi, Hiroshi","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2021-09-14"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"DJMS-48-2-3.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"435.5 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"DJMS-48-2-Ueda-本文","url":"https://dmu.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/5006/files/DJMS-48-2-3.pdf"},"version_id":"336a0bf0-67e8-4ffc-9373-3475a2d16227"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Congenital scoliosis mouse","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"vertebral anomalies","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Magnetic Resonance Imaging","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Chronological follow up","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"The Induction and the Chronological Observation of Congenital Spinal Deformities in Mice with 7T Magnetic Resonance Microscopy","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"The Induction and the Chronological Observation of Congenital Spinal Deformities in Mice with 7T Magnetic Resonance Microscopy"}]},"item_type_id":"10001","owner":"14","path":["220"],"publish_date":"2021-09-14","publish_status":"0","recid":"5006","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["The Induction and the Chronological Observation of Congenital Spinal Deformities in Mice with 7T Magnetic Resonance Microscopy"],"weko_creator_id":"14","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-06-20T14:52:31.409050+00:00"}
