 note = {【目的】 精神科デイケアの多職種チームおける看護師の役割を明らかにすることを目的として調査を行った．多職種チームの中での精神科デイケア看護師の役割を明らかにすることによって，精神科デイケアチームの中で期待される看護師の在り方に示唆を得るための一助とする．

【方法】 研究協力が得られた 5つの精神科デイケアの中から，精神科デイケア看護師 7名，作業療法士 3名，精神保健福祉士 4名を対象に半構造化面接を実施した．得られたデータは Krippendorff の内容分析に準じ分析をおこなった．

【結果】 精神科デイケアの多職種チームによる語りの内容から，435の第1コード，169 の第2コードから19の推論と8つの説明概念が生成された．多職種チームが捉える精神科デイケア看護師の役割は，『精神状態の査定・介入』，『身体状態の査定』，『情報統合の場つくり』，『服薬継続』，『医療の相談・介入』，『生活ニーズへの対応』，『家族負担の介入』，『デイケアの場つくり』であることが明らかになった．

【結論】 精神科デイケア看護師の役割は，利用者の地域生活を見据えた医療的な支援と他職種・他部署との情報共有のつなぎ役として機能することであり，これが多職種チームから認識された特徴的な役割である．さらに利用者の相談窓口となりながら他の職種と協働しリハビリテーションプログラムを補完する役割を担っていることが示唆された．今後，地域生活を送る精神障害者の再発・再入院予防のために，医療的支援を軸とした生活支援ができる精神科デイケアプログラムの構築を検討する必要があり，精神科デイケアの中で医療的支援を軸に支援を展開する精神科デイケア看護師には，その中心的役割を担う事が期待されている．, Objective：The present study aimed to clarify the roles of nurses in interprofessional teams at　psychiatric day centers in order to obtain suggestions regarding the ideal team-based approach for psychiatric day center nurse.

Methods：Krippendorff‘s content analysis was applied to semi-structured interviews conducted with seven psychiatric day center nurses, four psychiatric social workers, and three occupational therapists from the five psychiatric day centers that agreed to participate.

Results：Based on psychiatric day center interprofessional team narratives, 19 inferences and 8 explanatory concepts were generated from 435 first codes and 169 second codes. From an interprofessional team perspective, the roles of psychiatric day center nurses are “assessment and intervention regarding mental state”, “assessment of physical state”, “creation of opportunities for information integration”, “support for drug adherence”, “medical consultation and intervention”, “response to living needs”, “intervention regarding family burden”, and “creation of day center environment”.

Conclusion：The characteristic roles of psychiatric day center nurses as recognized by interprofessional teams are to provide clients with medical support that facilitates community living and to function as a link for information sharing with other professions and departments. The present findings also suggest that nurses play a role supporting rehabilitation programs in collaboration with other professions while serving as a consultation point for clients. In order to prevent relapse or rehospitalization of community-living patients with mental disorders, further investigation is required into building psychiatric day center programs that can provide medical-focused living support. Due to their involvement in the development of medical-focused support, psychiatric day center nurses are expected to play a central role in building such programs.},
