10施設に勤務する役職者(師長・主任)を除く常勤看護師 1,132名に対し,無記名自記式アンケートを実施した.質問項目は看護師の仕事意欲測定尺度と,個人属性,職場環境,友好的な人間関係,患者と看護師の関係,仕事に向き合う姿勢,7対1看護体制の算定要件や職場の運営方針の 40項目である.分析は仕事意欲測定尺度の得点を高群低群の2群の従属変数とし,多重ロジスティック回帰分析を行なった.\n\n【結果】 アンケートの回収数は 515部(回収率は45.5%),有効回答数 480部(有効回答率は88.1%)であった.仕事意欲は「理想の看護ができる」(AOR 1.755, 95% CI:1.005-3.066),「自分の病棟が好きだ」(AOR 3.865, 95% CI:2.214-6.746),「支えとなる同期や同僚がいる」(AOR 2.179, 95% CI:1.178-4.032),「患者からの言葉が励みになる」(AOR 2.452, 95% CI:1.015-5.920),「目的意識を持っている」(AOR 2.068, 95% CI:1.216-3.517),「看護を通して自己の成長を感じる(AOR 3.535, 95%CI:1.927-6.485),「研修や学会に積極的に参加する」(AOR 2.164, 95% CI:1.140-4.109),「看護職をやり続ける(AOR 2.401, 95% CI:1.366-4.128),「病院組織の一員であるという思いがある」(AOR 1.916, 95%
