COVID-19流行後の初年度となる臨地実習に制限が生じた中で,小児看護学実習における学習状況を把握するため,実施した看護技術,患者理解,実習目標達成の現状を調査する.また,学生がペアとなって同一の患者を担当する方法を取り入れ,協働したことによる学修効果を評価し,今後の実習指導体制について考察する.\n\n【方法】 2020年度小児看護学実習の受講生を対象にアンケートを実習終了日に実施した.回答があった84件を分析対象とした.\n\n【結果】 病棟実習の日数は57%が,学内実習の日数は77%が十分だったと回答した.バイタルサイン測定は,ほぼ全員が実施していた.実施できた看護ケアは,遊びの提供(76%),おむつ交換(61%),沐浴(32%)などであった.実習中に患者の家族に会えたのは44%であった.患者理解は,疾患で87%が,看護で77%が,家族背景で56%が,難しかったと回答した.実習日数減少による実習目標5項目の達成への影響度は,45〜67%が影響したと回答した.病棟実習と学内実習の学生がペアで患者を担当したこと,病棟実習で学生がペアで患者を担当したことは,82%が学修効果があったと回答した.病棟実習と学内実習でのペア学習では,患者の理解度や,実習目標達成の影響度に有意な差は認められなかったが,病棟実習でのペア学習では,家族背景の理解度と,目標5「子どもと家族の関係性を考慮し,子どもと家族が療養生活に主体的に取り組めるよう援助する」への影響度において有意な差が認められた.\n\n【考察】
