 note = {重篤な皮膚症状を有したHerlitz型接合部型先天性表皮水疱症の症例に対して，様々な皮膚保護剤を用いて皮膚ケアを行った．その結果，メピレックスライト® にワセリンを塗布して保護することにより病変部との固着を防ぐことができ，最も有用であった．その他の皮膚保護剤使用では新しい水疱の出現や糜爛部からの出血を認めることが多く，短期間で中止せざるを得なかった．児は感染症を繰り返し，最終的に黄色ブドウ球菌の敗血症を起こして生後5か月で死亡した．Herlitz 型先天性表皮水疱症では皮膚保護のみでは生命予後を改善させることが困難であり，今後は遺伝子変換した自己皮膚細胞移植を進めて行くことが望まれる．, We tried to care for a female case of Herlitz-type junctional epidermolysis bullosa with severe skin lesions, by various skin protection materials. As result, protection by Mepilex Lite® with vaseline swab was most effective, as it could prevent adhesion with critical skin lesions. We had no choice but to stop to use other protection materials because of new vesicles and hemorrhage from erosive skin. She suffered from infections repeatedly, thereafter, died at 5 months of age by Staphylococcus aureus sepsis. It is difficult to improve life prognosis of Herlitz-type junctional epidermolysis bullosa by only skin protection. Autograft by transgenic cultured epidermal stem cells should be promoted to be general therapy.},
