Wistar雄性ラットを用い,Ca^<2+>負荷(12mg/kg/min) 20分間後イソプロテレノール(0.6μg/kg/分)を20分間投与した.虚血再灌流実験では左冠動脈前下行枝を結紮5分後再灌流した. K201またはジルチアゼム(各々1mg/kg)はイソプロテレノール投与時あるいは冠動脈結紮10分前に1分間で投与した.各実験で心室頻脈および心室細動の発生頻度,出現時間,持続時間,および死亡率を調べた.また,ダブルプロダクト(平均血圧×心拍数)を算出した. Iso-Vfの発生率は対照群5/6 (83.3%),ジルチアゼム群4/6 (66.7%), K201群0/6 (0%)で, K201はIso-Vfを有意に抑制した(p<0.05).虚血再灌流実験ではRep-Vfの発生率は対照群12/14 (85.7%), K201群3/15 (20.0%),ジルチアゼム群3/9 (33.3%)でK201,ジルチアゼムともに有意に抑制した.以上より, K201は著明にIso-VfおよびRep-Vfを抑制したが,ジルチアゼムはIso-Vfを抑制しなかった.
