{"created":"2023-06-20T14:25:30.482061+00:00","id":662,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"5fe1507a-80d1-40ef-aaee-3b5b639d64ac"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"662","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"662"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:dmu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000662","sets":["81:45"]},"author_link":["2685"],"item_2_biblio_info_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2008-03-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"T112","bibliographicPageStart":"T99","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"35","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"Dokkyo journal of medical sciences"}]}]},"item_2_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"関節リウマチ(Rheumatoid arthritis, RA)発症においてTumor Necrosis Factor (TNF)など炎症性サイトカインは重要な役割を果たしている.また, T細胞も重要な役割を果たしているが,その異常は不明な点がある.近年導入されたTNF阻害療法はRAの炎症,関節破壊を劇的に抑制し,一部の症例には治癒状態を誘導する.しかし, TNF阻害療法のT細胞異常に与える効果は不明である.本研究は末梢T細胞分化に着目し, RA患者にT細胞分化異常が存在するか, TNF阻害療法がそれを是正するか明らかにすることを目標とする.そのためにTNF阻害療法および疾患修飾性抗リウマチ剤(Disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs, DMARDs)投与患者の末梢T細胞分化表面マーカーを経時的に解析した. RA患者においてはT細胞分化異常があり, terminally differentiated effector memory T細胞(CD4陽性CD28^ T細胞およびCD8陽性CD45RA memory effector細胞)が増大していた.
