 note = {ICG 内境界膜剝離を併用した黄斑疾患術後に網膜障害を生じた4例を経験した.ERM3 例,MH1例でPPV の際,0.25 %ICG を用いて内境界膜を剝離した.全例後極血管アーケード内に黄白色の網膜浮腫を生じ,やがて黒色調の網脈絡膜萎縮になり,術前よりも視力が低下したまま現在に至っている.ICGを用いた内境界膜剝離併用の黄斑疾患術後に網膜障害を生じることがあるため,漫然と手術をせず,常に網膜障害発症を念頭に置き,侵襲の少ない手術を目指す努力と知識の整理が必要である., We experienced four cases with severe retinal damageafter macular disease surgery with inner limiting membranepeeling using indocyanine green. Three cases wereepiretinal membrane and one case was macular hole. Duringthe pars plana vitrectomy, inner limiting membranepeeling was performed using 0.25 % indocyanine green.Yellow-white retinal edema appeared in the vascular arcadearea, gradually changed to the black retinochroidal atrophy,the visual acuity has been worsened than beforesurgery in all cases now.As the retinal damage is possible to occure after maculardisease surgery with inner limiting membrane peeling usingindocyanine green, we must not to operate carelessly,keep the occurrence of retinal damage in mind and need effortto aim damageless surgery, arrange our knowledge., 症例報告},
