看護系大学3年次学生のリハビリテーション看護授業の一環として，障がい者模擬体験に参加した学生の学びについて内容分析を用いて感想文を分析した．その結果，学生は，障害の種類の違いによる日常生活上の不自由さとその工夫の違い，障がい者の心理状態，障がい者を取り巻く環境とその援助の必要性，障がい者に対する否定的から肯定的な見方の変化，障がい者にとってのリハビリテーションの大切さ，などについて学んでいた．障がい者との関わりの少ない学生にとって，障がい者模擬体験は，リハビリテーション看護を学ぶうえで有効な方法であることが示唆された． |

Reports were analyzed using content analysis about the learning by students who participated in simulated experiences as handicapped persons as part of a rehabilitation nursing class of juniors in a nursing college. As a result, it was found that students had learned about such matters as differences in impairments in everyday life and their solutions depending on the type of handicap, the environment surrounding the handicapped and the necessity for support, change of view from negative to positive about the handicapped, and the importance of rehabilitation for the handicapped. It was suggested that simulated experiences as handicapped persons are an effective means for students who have little involvement with the handicapped to learn about rehabilitation nursing. |
