| 内容記述 | 人工知能の発展はコンピュータの発展とともにあり，そのブームは過去に2回あり, 現在は第3次ブームの最中である．現在の人工知能の発展はコンピュータの進歩によりビッグデータを扱えるようになったことや機械学習の広がり，ディープラーニングによるものである．発展する人工知能の技術は我々に比較的身近なところにまで浸透してきており，それは医療分野でも同様である．画像認識分野での人工知能の発展が先行しており，医療分野でも同様に画像を扱う分野にて研究開発が進んでいる．中にはすでに上市され，日常臨床でも使われているものがある．医療分野におけるAI の活用や研究に関してはいくつかの問題点がある．AI の精度を上げるために学習用データの量と質が必要なこと，AI の中はブラックボックスでどのような特徴を抽出しているかわからないこと，また研究分野では個人情報保護と多量のデータが必要なこととの関連性などが挙げられる．研究開発はデータへのアクセスの観点から医師主導で行うことが望ましいと考える．今後も発展を続けていく分野であり，注視していく必要があると考える． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The development of artificial intelligence has been accompanied by the development of computers, which has experienced two booms in the past and is currently in the midst of its third boom. The current development of artificial intelligence is the result of advances in computers that have made it possible to handle big data, the spread of machine learning, and deep learning. The growing technology of artificial intelligence has penetrated in our actual daily lives, and also in the field of medicine. The development of artificial intelligence in the field of image recognition is leading the way, and research and development in the medical field is also progressing in the field of medical imaging. Some of AI-using products are already on the market and being used in daily clinical practice. There are several issues related to the use and research of AI in the medical field：the quantity and quality of training data are necessary to improve the accuracy of AI, the inside of AI is a black box, and it is difficult to know what features are extracted. In the research field, there is a need for protection of personal information and the need for large amounts of data to improve the accuracy of AI. We believe that research and development should be physician-led because physicians can access to medical data easier than other researchers. We believe that this is a field that will continue to develop in the future and that it is necessary to keep a close eye on it. | |||||||||
