| 内容記述 | 【目的】 特定機能病院に勤務するスタッフ看護師の職務満足感と，ベッドコントロールの認識および組織評価との関係を明らかにすることを目的とした. 【方法】 特定機能病院1施設に勤務する看護師756名を対象に，無記名自記式質問紙調査を行った．ベッドコントロールに関する7項目，小林の開発した日本語版NWI-R 57項目を因子分析により尺度化した後，それぞれ職務満足感との相関を検討した．有意な相関が認められた項目の職務満足感に対する影響を重回帰分析により検討した．さらに，新人看護師，中堅看護師，ベテラン看護師別に職務満足感に対する影響を検討した． 【結果】 有効回答数313名（回収率41.4％）であった．重回帰分析の結果，「看護師長のマネジメント能力」（ b＝0.237，p＜0.001），「入退院調整」（ b＝0.196，p＝0.000），「看護の質保証とスタッフの運営参画」（ b＝0.190，p＝0.001），「看護師と医師の関係」（ b＝0.115，p＝0.034），「緊急入院時の取り決め」（ b＝0.104，p＝0.048）が職務満足感に関連する因子として正の有意な影響力を持つことが示された．また，経験年数別に影響する因子は異なっていた． 【結論】 特定機能病院に勤務するスタッフ看護師の職務満足感には，ベッドコントロールの認識と組織評価の向上を目的とした看護管理上の取り組みと，経験年数別の対策の必要性が示唆された． |

| 内容記述 | ［Purpose］ This study aimed to elucidate the association of job satisfaction among nursing staff at an advanced treatment hospital with their understanding about bed control and organizational assessments of the hospital. ［Methods］ We conducted an anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey among 756 nurses working at an advanced treatment hospital. After performing factor analysis with 7 items regarding bed control and the 57 items of the Japanese version of the Nursing Work Index-Revised （NWI-R57） developed by Kobayashi to construct a scale, we examined the correlation of job satisfaction with each item. For the items found to be significantly correlated with job satisfaction, we performed multiple regression analysis to examine their influences on job satisfaction. The influences were further examined separately among new, mid-career, and highly experienced nurses. ［Results］ Valid responses were obtained from 313 nurses （response rate：41.4％）. The results of the multiple regression analysis identified the following items as factors having significant positive correlations with job satisfaction：“the management ability of the head nurse” （ b＝0.237, p＜0.001）；“admission/discharge coordination” （ b＝0.196, p＝0.000）；“quality assurance in nursing and staff participation in the hospital operations” （ b＝0.190, p＝0.001）；“relationships between nurses and doctors” （ b＝0.115, p＝0.034）；and “agreements on emergency admission” （ b＝0.104, p＝0.048）. Further, the influencing factors differed according to years of nursing experience. ［Conclusion］ Our findings suggest that increasing job satisfaction among nursing staff at advanced treatment hospitals may require efforts by nursing administration aimed at improving nurses’ understanding about bed control and organizational assessments, along with different measures according to years of nursing experience. |
