内容記述 Cytocidal effects of anti-cancer drugs such as cisplatin, 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), and actinomycin D on various cell lines were investigated using Alamar Blue. Actinomycin D, cisplatin and 5-FU showed significant cytocidal effects at 1μg/ml, 10μg/ml and 50μg/ml respectively, on cultured cells after 24 h incubation at 37℃. The cytocidal effects increased at a low cell density but reduced at a high cell density in various cell lines.
